NNECERAPPA’s and SNEAPPA’s educational work would not be possible without your generous support!

Sign up today to showcase your products and services to institutional facilities professionals and take advantage of a cost-effective marketing and networking opportunity. Sponsorships and exhibit space are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, so you must act quickly to ensure your company is included.

*During your registration you will also be renewing/signing up your membership. The $100 fee will be added at the end of the registration.

OVERVIEW
:

Attendees of the conference will include representatives from higher education and K-12 schools in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. We are looking forward to creating a beneficial experience for you and our attendees. The agenda will feature ample opportunities for networking and socializing.

HIGHLIGHTS THIS YEAR

Several exciting things are happening this year:

  • We will kick off the show with the exhibit hall opening on Monday the 10th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Increased exposure – this event will draw attendees from the Northern New England and Southern New England chapters.
  • There will be TWO DAYS of sessions on March 11th and 12th allowing for more opportunities to meet with attendees.
  • Sponsorship sales will open before exhibit booths. Sign up for a sponsorship and your booth space will be included.
  • Companies will be able to select their own booth location from our floor plan. Booths are on a first-come basis.
  • A conference bag is included as a sponsorship item. This is a great opportunity to get an item into every attendee’s hands.

Booth Setup: Monday March 10th from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Show hours:
Monday March 10th: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesday March 11th: 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:30 PM- 3:15 PM, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Breakdown: Tuesday 7:00 PM or Wednesday March 12th starting at 8:00 AM
